I am currently renting from this location. I live two streets directly behind them, so it's convenient. My sons engine blew up, so I had to get a rental. Ford said, If it turns out the recall caused the engine to blow, they will cover the rental, but I have to rent the car first. Ford found that it was their fault and said they contacted Hertz to make sure all my rental fees are covered. Made renting a car while my truck was getting repaired easy. Hooked me up with a brand new Ford Explorer. Wonderful car and fun to drive.

I've had pretty great experience with this location and I would definitely use them again without a doubt. The employees are very nice and the cars are in very good condition usually. Over the last couple of weeks since my crash in February, I have used them three or four times and absolutely would not hesitate to go back when I need a bigger car than my normal daily driver for work. This place is a joke! First car they give me is a Tesla. Wouldn't charge or start. Then they give me a Nissan Rogue. A/C doesn't work during heatwave. Went to swap out and they said they couldn't because they have no cars. Asked for a discount, they said they can't do that. I've been in this car for 1 month with no a/c! They told me if I wanted a different car that I had to drive to Ontario Airport h pay the fee for returning the car elsewhere! Such crappy service! $260 a week rental and they won't fix the issue!
