This place is a joke! First car they give me is a Tesla. Wouldn't charge or start. Then they give me a Nissan Rogue. A/C doesn't work during heatwave. Went to swap out and they said they couldn't because they have no cars. Asked for a discount, they said they can't do that. I've been in this car for 1 month with no a/c! They told me if I wanted a different car that I had to drive to Ontario Airport h pay the fee for returning the car elsewhere! Such crappy service! $260 a week rental and they won't fix the issue!
Made a online reservation through AAA for 8am pickup, no vehicles whatsoever available, lesson learned to not trust the reservation system these companies put in place
The fact they can't pick up a phone they should have "no stars" as an option. Some of us have urgent matters and don't have time for phone tag.
This place is excellent! Good staff. Great prices. Best selection! Go and see the manager there, he will take care of you!
