Not sure what the point of a reservation is for and not have the vehicle we need. The logistics manager should be replaced, how do you only have one of these for rent in a 5 mile radius. This could be a prime spot for Hertz but all the bad reviews are true. It just takes one to not use a brand anymore

I went done to Placentia for a car rental for a couple of days, since I had some maintenance repairs. The service was fine, didn't have to wait no more than 10 minutes. I tried to rent a simple economic car, nothing fancy or big. Unfortunately, they did not have the vehicle at the time, instead they upgraded me to a Volkswagen Atlas, with no additional charge despite being an SUV. This location is hard to get ahold of by phone (Because they are usually busy), but if you walk in, they will take great care of you! I have rented sever times from this location. Great Customer Service
I am currently renting from this location. I live two streets directly behind them, so it's convenient. My sons engine blew up, so I had to get a rental. Ford said, If it turns out the recall caused the engine to blow, they will cover the rental, but I have to rent the car first. Ford found that it was their fault and said they contacted Hertz to make sure all my rental fees are covered.
