I’m very disappointed with my recent rental experience. I rented a Hyundai Kona on Friday at 3:00 PM at a rate of around $37 per day and returned it on Sunday evening, which should have been a straightforward three-day rental. However, on Monday I discovered that I was charged $318, which seems completely unreasonable and unfair for the duration and agreed rate. Best customer service
The staff are lovely and went above the call of duty. They didn't have the vehicle I reserved but managed to get one from another location quickly and were very nice and apologetic throughout. The vehicle wasn't super clean but nothing bad and they did rush it to me so I understand. Would recommend but come early because they seem like they sell out every weekend.
