My booking was 3 days later but a sudden need had me call in to see if maybe I could get my rented car a few days early. I was so glad I did that because to my pleasant surprise they were able to accommodate my request! I was dealing with Rasheed from the beginning to end of my pick up, he was very kind, professional, and explained everything well. I'm looking forward to using Hertz again in the future!
