I had a very pleasant experience with Hertz on my recent booking. Rasheed Salim was at the reception. He greeted me nicely. He not only explained every thing well but also made sure that all my questions were answered professionaly. Thanks Rasheed Salim for your kind help. Highly recommend this rental place.

Incredibly unprofessional. I was told the only way I could get my vehicle (which I had booked for the day before) released to me would be if I paid an additional $120 CAD. The member of staff who served me explained that the only way he'd consider releasing the vehicle to me was if I paid this fee so he would then persuade someone else to get another vehicle, and give me the vehicle I had booked. Friendly and professional staff. Vehicles always clean and in perfect working order. Pick up and return always quick. I always rent from this location! I highly recommend it.
