I went to the Uber Hertz location. Though two were doing their best, one woman was unreasonable and nasty when I asked questions. She seemed to be angry about something else and took it out on me. While I understand that this is a tough job, so is uber while dealing with difficult customers I have to be cordial with the next rider.
Overall great experience with a 2 week rental. The app let me extend it as needed. Pick up and drop off were extremely simple. Would rent again.
HERTZ used to be faster than OJ, apparently now they are also freeze dried and do hard time next to OJ! My car got crashed and state farm asked me if I wanted Hertz or Enterprise. Unfortunately I selected Hertz! Per web open at 7 same as collision center, had a reservation all loaded up. Drop car at shop put at 7:15, to hertz, they open at 8 per door, then 8:30 when no one showed, it's 9 am, call ask "hurts at this point" if we can transfer the reservation to another Hertz who's employee showed up and has a car.
