Great and quick service and attentive staff.
Rented from here while visiting Phx for over a week. Only took 15-20 mins to get my car. Staff was friendly and my vehicle ran smoothly. Had no issues at all!
DO NOT go to this location the place will profile you real fast and charge you a smoking fee to cover it up… this car was not smoked in at all I don’t smoke. they looked at my man and decided he looks like he smokes, so let’s assume we can charge them. I would leave zero stars for the absolutely disgusting service they provide but you need to rate something so -1000 The owner couldn’t look my man in the eye the store clerk snaggle tooth woman wouldn’t speak to him or look his way after they decided to charge a smoking fee. Extremely disappointing rental experience. The location was disorganized and the staff were unhelpful when we needed basic flexibility. We were delayed significantly by a system outage and they were not being flexible when it came to an ID issue we were having. Between the poor communication, long delays, and the overall condition of the branch, I can’t recommend this location any less.
Really bad service, I do not recommend only one rude lady helping in the front desk. if i could I would give them 0 stars ..
