Don't expect great service. They turn customers around and don't honor online reservations. The only reason they have a 1 star is because you can't leave zero. Save yourself some time and make sure you use the one at the airport. This location isn't professional

I received a call from Shawn the morning of my rental to be informed that unfortunately they did not have the minivan in stock I had reserved. Though I was a little frustrated Shawn delivered great customer service, he walked me through the options and clearly stated what could be done. He asked if my plans were flexible and if he could call me back in an hour. After a short delay he called me back with great news that a minivan would be ready in a half hour.
