Rocky and Sean were amazing at the Hertz service center on Pensacola Blvd. Although it’s not at the airport it was easier than the airport lines can be. I was also asked if I needed a lift anywhere after returning the car THATS RARE THESE DAYS!! I don’t know if that’s usual but it was a nice gesture
Ke ke, was the first person I encountered. And every since she's who I prefer. If I have a problem she's quick to fix it, I always leave satisfied The staff is friendly. Cars are clean. I recommend y'all go see her for yourself... Unfortunately Keke isn't here anymore, I recommend seeing Shawn now. He's been very helpful since Keke left

Car wasn’t ready when I arrived so I got to drive a dirty car or wait. In total I spent an hour waiting for nothing and probably paying the hourly rate for a car that wasn’t ready. What blows my mind is the manager hiding out in the corner office who pops her head out to tell me the worker bee will help me rather than helping me herself. Enterprise isn’t much better
I would give it a Zero if I could.
