Don’t book here! They don’t guarantee reservations!! Booked a rental and got here and they said they only have electric cars left, which doesn’t work for me since I needed the vehicle to travel for work. Can’t really get work done when having to stop and charge every 200 miles. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else :)
Had me wait 10 minutes to make sure the car was clean. They sprayed water on it but didn’t vacuum. Found a baby pacifier on backseat , cookies crumb all under the seats so what I was waiting on for the ten minutes?

Best rental car experience on pick up with Cheyenne to the ride home with Tate. I have never had such quick easy service. I usually rent through Avis or Budget but will be renting in the future from this Hertz location. My Nissan Rogue was thoroughly clean which isn’t always the case with other rentals. Thanks for a stress free experience
