Horrible Experience. I think this may be my first negative review. We arrived at rental agency with nobody waiting and thought everything was going smoothly when the agent handed me the keys, but then discovered the car was not available. She proceeded to try to get me in 4 more cars but they all had problems. They finally found a car for me but we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for it to be prepped. We drove off with the car and it had something majorly wrong and was shaking so bad and making terrible clanging noises.... read more

We were the only people in the office yet it still took 45 minutes to get a car because each five times the clerk showed us a car she discovered something wrong with it such as it had or even sold or needed maintenance. When we finally did get a car it was mechanically unsound. The steering wheel was pulling hard to the left and then the right at low speed and there was a repetitive clunking in the back. no body at front desk, took somebody 10 minutes to say "anybody need help" to a lobby full of people. like what is going on.
