They work with you to insure the car is right. We were given a rental car while our vehicle was being repaired.
The car they gave me had “Recall” written on the windshield. Check engine light on, car shook the whole time. A real piece of trash!! But don’t expect much from this trashy office. I know every time I rent from them the customer service will be atrocious as they just walk away and leave customers hanging and have horrible conflict resolution. If you’re looking for cheap trashy rentals this is your place!

Terrible customer service, he was in India, no charging stations, car leaked all over my feet when it rained on my trip. Forced to buy added insurance that I did not need.
Cheyanne is the epitome of what customer service representatives should be… It was quite easy to rent a car and return it.
