Just rented another vehicle from them and it's the only place in the Pensacola area I will rent from. Amazing staff and need to be commended for the great job they do. Highly recommend!! All I can say is WOW! Great staff working at this location Shawn and KeKe and I highly recommend using them for all your auto rental needs. Clean showroom, ride back to dealer, put me in a truck so I could get in easier.

I had never rented a vehicle before and Shawn Burgess-Becker helped me with my rental. He made the process understandable and smooth. He was incredible!

i tried to call to get more details just so i can rent a car. sat on hold for a few minutes and when someone finally answered, they didn’t respond to me talking but heard them talking to someone else in the background. why answer the phone to begin with?

Don’t book here! They don’t guarantee reservations!! Booked a rental and got here and they said they only have electric cars left, which doesn’t work for me since I needed the vehicle to travel for work. Can’t really get work done when having to stop and charge every 200 miles. Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else :)
