Not even a 1 star. Made reservation a month before a trip. The morning before my trip, I get a call that the truck I reserved wasn’t available. They had a smaller car that wouldn’t work, and the larger one was more expensive. The woman seemed to care less. She said she would call in a couple of hours. After 4 hours, I called her back. If I could give them a zero… I would. I showed up to pick up a rental I had reserved a month ago through Expedia. I confirmed it the week before. The lady at the Pelham location was so rude. She said that their system was down and there was no car. I walked outside and spoke to someone returning a car. This person said that their system was down in the morning but it was up now and they had a car. The woman flat out lied to me. I’ve been coming to this location ever since I moved to Pelham. Karen is excellent and takes great care of her customers and makes the whole process positive! Keep up the great work Pelham!
