Wish I could give no stars. I reserved a certain vehicle only to be met with hostility that I was unable to rent that vehicle. Instead was offered a smaller car at the same price initially which made no sense since manager told receptionist I couldn’t take it one way. Then in person he told me it wasn’t actually available. They were obviously not on the same page. Team Members are courteous, helpful and accommodating. So far, I've been highly satisfied with the customer service and the rentals. Highly recommend.
Disgusting! First they didn't have the car I reserved and I had to wait an hour and a half for him to take a lyft to get a car from a nearby location, then the manager (Steven) told me that I could drop it off at a the brownsville location (Hertz Car Rental - Brownsville - North Expressway 7783) for no extra cost because they worked together, I even went in to confirm the day before, and when I went to the nearby location they tried charging me 150$ dollar fee! Thank you so much for your help! My daughter left her AirPods in a rental that was later rented by someone else before retrieval, they went above and beyond to retrieve my daughters AirPods and return them! I appreciate the effort!
