Was permanently closed when we got a bad “check engine” light and was trying to see if these guys would have a car we could switch out. The local branch where we got the car said to do this. They probably didn’t know what they were talking about either, but when we drove by this place during normal business hours, they weren’t here anymore and the enterprise right by said they had been closed for 6 months.
The Hertz located inside of Anderson Collision is definitely a five star experience. Tiffany provided outstanding customer service & went above & beyond to make sure my car rental experience was a positive one. Tiffany was kind, knowledgeable, & had a really cool dog! It doesn't get any better than that 🐶🐕 I highly recommend this Hertz location if you need a rental car in Payson, Arizona.
