I had a great experience with Hertz Rental at their Colorado Blvd, Pasadena location. Andrew at Hertz Rental, coordinated the pickup of my rental car from the dealership that I had bought car from, so I didn’t have to drive back. He called me to confirm the pickup and sent a confirmation receipt, making the process so smooth and hassle-free for me. I highly recommend this Hertz Rental location for their friendly, responsive, and helpful staff. I will definitely rent with Hertz again! Thank you!
Just came to get a rental waited 30 min for the guy to tell me hes close but yet they close at 5 and once I walk out a lady goes and he helps her bro lik cmon thst the way hertz treat customers I have money to .. why cause the way I am Mexican. I’m never gonna support hertz again
