returning a car is a joke. feel sorry for the workers because they were overworked and understaff. no direction, kept getting the run around on the hertz premise
They are alittle under staffed . But they are still quick and efficient
I paid for a Model Y, but instead I received a cheaper Model 3. This Model 3 is in poor condition – the interior is messy, it has high mileage, and there are abnormal noises when driving. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a Model Y, and I expect to receive the correct vehicle in proper condition.
