I had a great experience with this location. Everyone was very nice answered any questions I had. Everything was upfront on cost so NO surprises. Will use this location again in the future.
Hats off to the folks at Hertz Car Rental in Parkersburg, WV! Because of a fender bender, I had to have some repair work done at Intown Body Shop (Athens, OH) - also highly recommended by the way - and all I needed to do was make phone arrangements with Hertz and my insurance company and my rental car was delivered to and picked up from the repair shop IN ATHENS, OH! Everything else about the whole process went smoothly.
