I have an amazing experience with Hertz rental in Parker! Everything went smoothly. The car was clean, in excellent condition. Frank was friendly and efficient, making the pick-up and drop-off process quick and easy. I definitely recommend it!

When you show up for your car rental appointment and still get charged a no show fee. What a joke of a company. I should have saw this coming with the other reviews lol.

Short Version: The Manager (at least I think it was the manager, but he is African-American) has some issues and will interrupt his employee to go off on you if you did something wrong (in my case, being late for pickup). The employee deserves a better manager (or co-worker) and it is no wonder he, the employee, seemed uncomfortable when his manager (or co-worker) starts yelling at me. 0 Stars for the Manager/Co-worker, 5 Stars to the Employee that was assisting me. Read and re-read the receipt this location gives you and realize customer will lose when it is he said she said situation. Person more than tripled my rental charges from my booking. I was told not to worry it will sort itself out, well it didnt. Was given some bogus receipt for two days with a lower amount that sort of matched my booking, so I wouldnt spot what actually was done.
