I am writing this review to document an extremely poor and unprofessional experience with the Hertz branch in Parker, Colorado. I rented a truck from Friday, January 30 to Sunday. Very disappointed with my experience at this Hertz location. The staff was unprofessional, and the representative who answered my questions was rude and spoke in a raised voice. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told “we don’t have a manager,” even though it appeared a manager was behind the wall/office area. The car I received was dirty, and even after I asked about upgrading, I ended up being given the same dirty vehicle. ZERO STAR - VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I decided to give the Parker Hertz car rental location a chance despite the many negative reviews on Google and Yelp, mainly because it’s closer to my house. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed exactly why this location has such a poor reputation.
