Customer service was great, but their prices were okay
The first 5 photos show the condition of the interior upholstery at the time of rental. The last pic is after I steam cleaned (little green clean machine) for 15 minutes of my time. I've rented before, so I knew what I was walking into and was prepared. You can't exchange for a different vehicle because the lot doesn't have anything else.
Terrible service!!!!!!!!
