The first 5 photos show the condition of the interior upholstery at the time of rental. The last pic is after I steam cleaned (little green clean machine) for 15 minutes of my time. I've rented before, so I knew what I was walking into and was prepared. You can't exchange for a different vehicle because the lot doesn't have anything else.

Had a great experience working with Gerard. There was a mix up with our booking and our pricing and he went above and beyond to make sure we got our original pricing and the best option available. He worked with us for almost an hour to get us the best deal and we are very appreciative of all his hard work. He was very kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely be coming back to work with him again!
