Needs more staff, waiting over 30 minutes to do a simple vehicle return.
I had reserved a large car two weeks a head of the valentine day weekend. When I arrived my car not was there and given the options of waiting for a nother costumer to drop a car off or take a compact car for the price of my large rental.... when asked why I could not get a price correction then they told me to contact corporate. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. This is the second time something like this has happened. Rent 2/3 times a year from Hertz in Palmdale, always a pleasant and speedy experience. Definitely recommend if in the area.
