Yoshani was rude, impolite, lacked proper customer service experience, and for sure lacked proper management skills. She behaved like I was at her mercy, threatened me, belittled me, and made me not wanting to do any business with Hertz anymore. She never could give me eye contact and was very unprofessional in handling a simple transaction.
