Hertz lies . They promise to wait up to 2 hours in the event of a flight delay but that is a lie. They did not wait as they promised. In fact they left at “closing time” KNOWING was an hour late. Do not use this morally corrupt company
Why is it so hard to reach out to them? I tried to call them and maybe dialed 10 times and still couldn't talk to the branch. Are they in Mars?
As a Hertz President club member; my pickup per this rental was smooth, no issues and vehicle selected by counter representative was really nice, actually an upgrade @ N/C. If you're ever there and need a rental Edgar will certainly treat you right!
