From hiring to the return, the entire process and service delivered from Pakenham Hertz was excellent, Trudi was so helpful and personable every time I needed to call she was able to sort out my needs quick smart.
I’m bad at remembering names but the lady who had organised the car for me in no time at all is a true gem to this business. It was a 40 degree day, I thought I could jump in my car without showering, still in my PJs and head through KFC drive thru. WRONG! My car died in the drive thru 🤦♀️ Whilst waiting for the tow truck I had been able to organise the rental all online.
