Made the reservation online the day prior to my trip. And everything was confirmed online. Departed my residence to go to Hertz that morning. Arrived 30 mins prior to my reservation. The representative behind the counter was busy with his phone. After some time finally came to assist however, I was informed that they had no vehicles for one way destination. Kim was very outstanding and professional made the process very easy!!
Rented a car for vacation and Kim was absolutely WONDERFUL! The car was ready when I got to the office to pick up and it was clean and full of gas. I had no issues with the car and the rental process was smooth with pick up and drop off. Kim is an absolute sweetheart and I will definitely be booking with her again.
