Made the reservation online the day prior to my trip. And everything was confirmed online. Departed my residence to go to Hertz that morning. Arrived 30 mins prior to my reservation. The representative behind the counter was busy with his phone. After some time finally came to assist however, I was informed that they had no vehicles for one way destination.
