After being turned down by other rental companies due to being an out of state driver, Hertz was the only one to come through for me. Kim was amazing! She made the experience feel personal and she was very professional. The car I received was in excellent condition as well. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing a rental vehicle.
I have rented a couple of different times at this location ( Oxford Alabama) always pleased with the Rental cars and service from Kim at the Rental desk. Kim goes above and beyond in making my reservation to my needs and days I request in a Rental. Kim has always been very professional and polite when renting a vehicle at this location. My rentals are always clean and checking in and out process goes very smoothly as well. Thanks again to Kim and the Hertz staff for making renting a vehicle a pleasant experience!
I see why their score is so low. Extremely disappointing experience. We reserved two vans well in advance and received confirmation. The day before our rental, I called to double-check the reservation—only to find out they didn’t have the vans available. No prior notice, no explanation, and no effort to offer a discount or alternative solution. Completely unacceptable. I won’t be using this company again.
I wish I could give 10 stars!! What one company wouldn’t do right, Hertz absolutely came through! Thanks so much to Kim who was absolutely professional, thorough, and got me what I needed!! I definitely will spend my money here! I wish I could give 1000 stars! The car they gave me drives well & looks very well taken care of!! The driver who came and picked me up was professional as well and a safe driver might I add!!
Very unreliable. They called me the day before. To tell me they didn't have the vehicle I had ask for. And then tried to tell me that I could only get a small car. Do to me not haveing a major credit card. After I called 3 different people and made sure I could us a debit card. Wouldn't of been so bad if they would just told me the truth and said they didn't have the vehicle I asked for. But they tried to blame it on something else. I read the policy many times.
