Terrible, horrible, unforgettable (not in a good way) experience with Hertz in general, but specifically the one on 105th and Metcalf. Reserved a car to go home and see family for Thanksgiving, but not only does their site not check for inventory before it allows a reservation to go through, their "pay now" policy should be considered false advertising or bait and switch.
