This Hertz doesn't exist anymore and hasn't been in business for 5 years from the time this is posted. Do not believe the online booking system.

I accidently left me luggage behind, went back to the Sacramento the airport 60 miles away within a couple of hours. My luggage was placed in a Navy blue Toyota, when I realized the car was all scratched up I moved to a white Nissan but forgot my suitcase in the trunk of the Blue Toyota by the time I returned the car was rented out. Hertz was unwilling to lift a finger to help me in any way. They would not lift a finger to find out who rented the car or to call and see if my suitcase was in the trunk. They do not have a rental service in Oroville yet they confirmed a reservation. This has left me stuck here. I will never use Hertz and do not recommend that you do either.
