I had such a fantastic experience with Hertz! Barbara and the gentleman working alongside her (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name) went above and beyond to make the entire rental process smooth, friendly, and stress-free. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help really stood out. Ironically, I only ended up renting from Hertz because of a terrible experience with Enterprise—and I'm so glad I did. Excelente la atención de Luis el día 29 de abril de 2026. Vinimos desde Uruguay a Orlando. En todo momento se puso a disposición para ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. La verdad que pongo 5 estrellas gracias a Luis. De verdad un genio total. Deberían subirle el sueldo porque gracias a él esta sucursal funciona tan bien. Excelente atención.
온라인으로 예약했던 ev 차량은 실제로 존재하지 않았으나, 데스크에 있던 남자 직원분이 아주 친절하게 설명해주셔서 다른 차량으로 기분좋게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 영업 시간 외에는 hert 주차 공간에 주차 후 키 반납함에 키를 넣기만 하면 되서 편리했습니다.
