A reservation was allowed to be made but when we got here, no car was available for us. Our destination is an hour away and we are now stranded because of this garbage company. Calling the phone number is no help, nobody knows what they are doing. They’ve ruined our trip.

Be very careful to review the charge level of your EV prior to leaving the facility. They will list it as 100% charged when you leave even though it is not. As a result, you are expected to return it 100% charged or you will be charge a very inflated fees for the difference. Seems like a technique to make more money of their customers.

As of right now this location, and Hertz in general, has stolen 12 dollars from me. I returned the car 100 percent full with gasoline and I see a charge for $12 for fuel on my credit card. I have been calling over and over, sending emails, and they won't give me a straight answer. It isn't the dollar amount, it is the principle. I don't want a capitalist American company stealing my money! Straight up thief's! I guarantee they do this to all the customers and most don't even waste their time calling. I picked up the car on Wednesday 2-8-2025 at 16:25. I wanted to return the car on Sunday 2-16-2025 at 10 am but was unable to do the fact the you were closed. I returned the car this morning at 11:12 am. Today at 16:25 would mark exactly five days ago that the car was in my possession. Returning it at 11:12 is around five hours less then five days total that I had the car. I was charged for six days and no one is giving me any answers other than that's how you charge. Hello, my name is Keith Stidham. I rented a vehicle from you via a referral from Endurance warranty. They said that they cover five days of rental during my car repairs.
