Our experience with Hertz was extremely disappointing. We prepaid our rental through Expedia, and when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, the representative offered us the option to switch from a Nissan Pathfinder to a minivan and mentioned a police discount. We agreed because we believed we were simply paying the new total for the upgraded vehicle.
