Excelente la atención de Luis el día 29 de abril de 2026. Vinimos desde Uruguay a Orlando. En todo momento se puso a disposición para ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. La verdad que pongo 5 estrellas gracias a Luis. De verdad un genio total. Deberían subirle el sueldo porque gracias a él esta sucursal funciona tan bien. Excelente atención.

No one at counter for about an hour. Called number on sign, voicemail. Once they returned, another 40 minutes to get the car. Cheap options here, but you pay for it with time.
Beware! Was charged for existing damage to the car! Didn't even think to document myself because had my whole family after a long flight and car wasn't ready on time, and the manager on duty took a video of the car. I guess that didn't help, but they are still trying to pin it on me. Stay away.
Hertz confirmed our rental, charged our card, and even allowed us to check in online—but when we arrived they told us they didn’t actually have a car available. Because the reservation was confirmed, we booked a different hotel nearby and took a $50 Uber to pick up the car, only to find out they had nothing for us.
