After having an already terrible experience they add insult to injury by not removing this location from Google maps. THERE IS NO HERTZ AT THIS LOCATION JUST A WASTE OF TIME
I would give this place zero stars just like others would have. Dropped off my car on 1-6-2023 just as I was supposed to and as of today Hertz is still calling saying my rental is overdue. This was a Friday night and the branch was to be closed until Monday. Phone number doesn’t work and Hertz customer service requires the branch to close the rental contract before anything can get done. What a joke. Never ever renting with Hertz again.
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I arrived at 4:15 there was a sign on the desk with a phone number that doesn’t work (I had been calling it all day) that they would be back soon. LIES!! They never returned to the desk, I stood there until 5:45 and no one came. The worst part is I rent the vehicle through the company. I called the corporate office to see if they could help-all they told me was you could go to the airport-I asked how do I get there if I don’t have a CAR?!
