The customer service here is honestly a nightmare. Man working the front desk didn’t know how to handle my reservation through insurance and had me wait for an extra hour when he actually had the reservation in the system the whole time. On top of it all he is very rude to both employees and customers. They simply seem like they don’t know what they’re doing and will take out their frustrations on you. Go literally anywhere else and I promise you’ll have a better experience.
Very bad and rude service
I reserved a rental from here on Friday. For a Monday pick up, I got a phone call 30 mins before my pick up. I didn’t get to answer because I was walking out of my house. No voice mail or anything. I call them back, some raspy voice dude picks up. Tells me that he has no electric car available for me. Bet, no problem, can I get another vehicle for the inconvenience?
