Great location, very friendly, and very accommodating. They helped me out in a pinch, and made sure I had the best car for my needs. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.
I am having a very bad experience at this Hertz location, I have had a booking for a specific time and when I came here, they don’t have a vehicle and this is always the case that they are out of the vehicles. So this is not a reliable location if you want to rent the car and you might need to wait for more than 1hr or more to get the vehicle. Sorry but very disappointing hertz experience
Hertz at east colonial in Greenway is the best! I forgot the Ladies name but it starts with a P. She was so sweet, attentive, and both Hertz ladies came in rescue.
