No cars available even with a reservation. The guy at the desk wants you to wait for whatever about of time for “the driver” to arrive. Poor customer service all around.
If the owner of this franchise reads this, please hire another person to clean the vehicles. You have your sales guys doing this, and it creates huge delays.
To make it plain. Its a good business just lack of frint office staff. One man can only do so much.....message!
