I took great care of the vehicle with absolutely no assistance from the local branch when needed. In fact, they never answer the phone and rarely help anyone get the actual good driver discount through the UBER partnership at this location. I would recommend anywhere else as this place was as unprofessional of a business as I have ever experienced. They will defer you to customer relations and customer relations will defer you back to the local branch that does nothing.
Everything was okay until I got a cracked windshield. I called myself doing the right thing by bringing the car in for hopefully a replacement but I encountered resistance saying in order to put me in another car they would have to close the current agreement and start a new. In order to do so I would have to pay $814. $407 for closing an an account and $407 to start a new agreement. This is the WORST place for rental. I have an Uber rental via Hertz. I was there for 5hours waiting on a car which they had cars available, but the guys that work there are ALWAYS talking with other customers private conversations that has nothing to do with Hertz. They stop typing to hold long conversations that has nothing to do with Hertz. Multitasking is not a strong suit. Everytime I go there the wait is more than 2hours. OMG! I was placed on hold for more than 45 minutes and the guy then ended up call. Yikes!!😂😂😂🤣🤣
Was told by 2 other hertz rentals that the orange park is the only location that rents tesla. I called and went by there a few times and no telsa. What is the point to reserve one if they won't have it
