My experience at this rental car place has been absolutely horrible. This is the only Uber rental place in all of the Northeast Florida area so they wouldn't let me go somewhere else and get away from the terrible spiteful vindictive employees that they have there instead. I am at the whims of a person I don't get along with and and a friend of mine said that he was inappropriate with her in ways she wouldn't explain to me.

Very professional and polite. The only problem is had was they could clean out the cars better than they do because if your going to change someone if the car is not clean when you return it then it should be clean when you rent it. It also looked like someone did a job on the curbs looking at the tires plus the hole in the speaker I brought to his attention I was told I'm being petty and it was not that serious

I wasted my time and money to Uber all the way over to this place after I reserved a Tesla. To my surprise, there were absolutely no cars whatsoever available. The staff was nice. But they were unable to assist me whatsoever with my RESERVATION. It’s absolutely astounding that it’s possible for a business be run like this.

I made a reservation through Uber Rentals, and when I arrived, I was told that the vehicle class I had reserved wasn't available. Instead, I was offered a larger vehicle—but at a higher price. The only other option was to come back another day. Completely unacceptable. I drove one hour to get there and another hour back home for absolutely nothing, wasting two hours of my time and paying for gas because the location failed to honor a confirmed reservation.
