I had a wonderful experience at this location. Zey helped me through the process and was patient and efficient. I love the Tesla I’m driving and will continue to rent it through the Uber partnership. I had never driven one and was a little nervous and Zey took the time to show me the basics needed to operate a Tesla. Great service and I hope they get more good reviews as they deserve it.
I made a reservation through Uber's platform as well.I arrived at my reservation time.I was not even spoken to for 2 hours past in those 2 hours. There were 2 other gentlemen getting their vehicles. One was told the price was wrong on Uber's platform and was charged extra. While the other one was forced to either upgrade or downgrade for a replacement while his needed serviced. This is the worst place for rental.
My experience at this rental car place has been absolutely horrible. This is the only Uber rental place in all of the Northeast Florida area so they wouldn't let me go somewhere else and get away from the terrible spiteful vindictive employees that they have there instead. I am at the whims of a person I don't get along with and and a friend of mine said that he was inappropriate with her in ways she wouldn't explain to me.
Very professional and polite. The only problem is had was they could clean out the cars better than they do because if your going to change someone if the car is not clean when you return it then it should be clean when you rent it. It also looked like someone did a job on the curbs looking at the tires plus the hole in the speaker I brought to his attention I was told I'm being petty and it was not that serious
