If I could give a zero I would. We rented a car almost exactly a week ago, the lady inside was new, nothing against her she just had no idea what she was doing. They had to run a credit check, if you pay by debit card? What the hell is that? Took a 200$ deposit from us. We show up to return the car within less than 48 hours. The door was locked with a note on the front to call some number. We dropped off the car at the collision repair place behind the office, with zero paperwork given back to us. I went to Orange va location yesterday. And a very helpful woman name April . Help us out she went out of her way to help us to get in a car she also got on the phone with the insurance company to get stuff straight. Very nice lady thank you again!!
