Hi I just spoke to Rita about renting a car I had a lot of questions for her she had lots of patience for me and was on the phone for a while with me she didn't try pushing me to hang up like most Hertz customer service representatives do she kept helping me and answering all my questions. Rita and Janelle were FANTASTIC to work with! I've never been WOWED at a car rental company, but the two of them went above and beyond with their customer service and ability to answer any questions I had.
