People inside are clueless, and no help. Get told to call the Hertz customer service number, when they are suppose to be exactly that & help, but no. Got told to go sit in the parking lot and figure it out. 0/10.

I let them pick my car because it was cheaper and they gave me a 2025 Kia... The car was amazing so I extended my rental for 2 more weeks...
