I prepaid for. A rental. When u went to pick it up, they did a credit check and denied me. When I tried to get a refund for rental not received. They refused to help me. Iv disputed thru my bank. DON'T TRUST THIS CONPANY. THEY ARE SHADY. CHARGING PEOPLE AND NOT DELIVERING A PRODUCT!
It was a great experience. Easy pick up car was clean inside and out. It was also an easy drop off we filled it with gas vacuumed it out and washed the outside and they were thankful we brought it back so clean. The ladies were pleasant professional and made the process quick and easy.
I rent from this location frequently. Victoria and the other staff are outstanding. Very friendly, professional and go the extra mile.
Bad customer service. They gave me the worst car ever despite my renewal. The lady was very belligerent and unhappy! Do not recommend
