Wait times for the shuttle are a little long. Not much customer service available but is easy to maneuver
I reserved and prepaid for a three quarter ton four wheel drive truck through Hertz. When I arrived, the closest thing available was a two wheel drive Toyota Tacoma. That is not a minor substitution. It is a completely different vehicle class with very different capabilities. To be clear, the rental agent on site was excellent. They refused to walk around the vehicle at return..I took a video of NO DAMAGES yet 2 weeks later they try to charge me for damage..I have requested to see what they claim and still haven't seen what they claim they also have not looked at my video or the video of me asking their employee to walk around the vehicle at return.. I'm disappointed they messed up a perfect vacation by lying about the return I have the proof and will probably have to get a attorney because I'm a first time renter they think they can screw me over!... read more
