Make sure your cars are cleaned and sanitized before customers pick up, my car was dusty, and sticky. Everytime I have picked up a car, its dirty. I just picked up a car and washer fluid low sign is on, I thought this was a maintenance/cleaning process after every rental.

Pick up and proceeding information were great! We were kept informed throughout our flight… the only kink when we arrived was to Not see our name on the board— gave us concern that we didn’t have vehicle… otherwise, hertz did an outstanding job of getting us around Oklahoma! Thank you!
My review would be a novella of disappointment. Was treated horribly by a rental agent followed by a rental MGR. Am a frequent renter and completely disgusted by my experience this Holiday weekend.
