Great vehicle. Fast service
First the agents at the airport counter where professional and 5 stars to them. My review is mainly about charges and its agents at their call center. If one could at all avoid Hertz it would be in their best interest. Nothing but problems similar to other reviews made by others. I was told after reservation that vehicle was not at location by CS agent. I changed the class of vehicle and continued rental. Arrived on a Monday afternoon and the lot had zero cars. ZERO. And this was after the Hertz app was sending me all these messages to complete advance registration so I could skip the desk agent and go straight to get my car. I was surprised to see a line of about 15 other people there waiting for cars that weren’t there. They made us go back inside to the desk agent and stand in line there only to be told we’d need to go back outside with our ticket and wait somewhere between 20 minutes and 60 minutes for cars to be returned... read more
outstanding customer service
Great staff, great line up of cars to choose from. They were quick in getting me signed out for a car, it helps to precheck for your rental so you can just check in and get your car. Also returning the car was a breeze just pull-up unload and go. Great across the board.
