I rented here recently, arriving at the parking lot at 9:30pm. They were out of the cars I reserved so they downgraded me to a compact car (which was noticeably smoked in). I had to go to the desk, abnormally for my account, and still check out with the guard at the exit booth, just making more work for them and wasting my time. I will make sure to steer clear of Hertz for my weekly rentals moving forward.
