Only instructions to see the service counter.. the representative said I need to do a lot count and said she would be back... just to find out she went it side to take a vape break with what looked like a teenage girl. This is our second time using Hertz at the OKC airport and the second time that our car was not available to quick pickup as Gold member. This happened to us as well as 3 other customers which then caused a line at the check out counter resulting in 20 minutes before we had a car to rent. The Gold membership/President’s Circle is hardly a benefit if this is the usual procedure for renting a car with Hertz. Next time we are in town we will try another rental company.
No car available for reservation made in July. Stood around in the lot with several other guests waiting for a car. Reserved a small car and received a filthy mini van.
It takes an hour to get a car, regardless of status. If you have status and your name is on the board, it'll say "see desk" to get assigned a car. They never have more than 1 person working either of their desks.
