Did not have the vehicle I rented. Gave me a gas-guzzling MONSTER pickup truck. Charged me for fuel after being told I did not have to fill the tank due to the "inconvenience" of having to drive a truck I did not want and certainly did not feel comfortable in. Cannot actually speak to anyone to correct the error.
I'm hopefully the last in a series of colleagues who have arrived with a President's Club reservation and found an empty lot and indifferent staff. Unacceptable wait for an hour this week without any staff conversation, attention, apologies, or even acknowledgement.
Everything was great car was nice got to give them a 10 out of 10 there most definitely will be back

Horrible service. I got charged an extra $1,400 on something I never asked for. I prepaid online and should have just picked up the car. Now, with their mistake they will not refund me my money immediately. First time renting from Hertz and will never use their services again.
