I did not use this place personally but a neighbor of mine did and they sold her a car after she rented it and charged her so much for the car that it eventually got repossessed.

The Hertz is not located here anymore inside the chevy dealer....You have to go to lansing airport's hertz

criminals and liars. our cresit card information was stolen instantly when we called their call center to pay for our reservation. we had to cancel that credit card because of the theft which canceled our reservation. We were told to rebook the reservation and they would honor the original price once contract was compleated since it was now double the first reservation. Waist of my time. No where on the website did it say the driver was the only one who could pay. I walked away without the car I was supposed to rent.

Ever since I tried Hertz in Okemos, I haven't even considered going back to other rental companies. Dominic and Bryan have consistently gone above and beyond to assist me and cater to my specific needs. Their exceptional service is commendable, and I am grateful for their attentiveness and care. Great job, guys! Thank you for always taking care of us!
