Bad service!! I reserved a car a month ago online. I gets a call 2 hours before pick up to tell me they don't have any vehicle available and they don't know when one is going to be available. This ruin my trip. Never again!!!!
Will not go back. Made my plans and reserved the car. Get to this location and they don't even have the car I booked. Then I get told I can pick another one and pay a 200 deposit. Must use the same card which is ridiculous. They are deceiving people. They took my money and don't even have that type of car at that location. Then she says 7-10 days to get my money back. This business is unacceptable.
The service here sucks. The young lady lacks customer service and professionalism. I reserved a car online and when I arrived to pick up my rental I was told to wait for 20 minutes then she said oh we don’t have anything available. I asked how could this be and why would you be selling online knowing you have nothing available? She said I don’t know. I rented a car back in November and the manager Teriana (I hope I spelled her name right) was extremely helpful. Gave me the best service and helped me get a great vehicle in no time. Great customer service hands down
