Steve alone gets 5 stars for his patience and grace and amazing customer service! Hertz seems to have dropped the ball on this location, they are so understaffed and Steve is working like 3 people all his own!

Corporations should not rent from this location. Horrible service. I called multiple times, no one picks up the phone. I called corporate to verify the car is available and they said yes it is. I went across town to the location just to be told it's not avaliable. We I told them their phone is either off or broke and they didn't care. I think they turn off the phone when its busy. Im so gullible! I actually thought if I reserved a car and paid thru Priceline, they'd have a car for me, but No! "if you come back in 4 hours we'll have a truck". No truck, no call. And they still tried to charge me! Don't do it.
