Extremely inefficient and slow. Waited way too long to pick up a car here
Very unprofessional staff. Called multiple times and no one picked up the phone. Agent took a personal phone call while processing my rental car.
I rented a car during the Christmas season last year. I made a reservation through Priceline the day before, and had no issues with pickup or wait time. Completely hassle-free experience. There was a small hiccup with the car, and Steve really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you, Steve!!!! I will absolutely rent from this location again, and it is because of him.
Made reservation through uber app for a Tesla. Drove over an hour from Temecula to Oceanside to pickup my rental only to be told there were no Teslas availavle. Was never given a call or heads up. Wasted time gas and money. Horrible attitude and customer service.
The moment you walk in it's dingy and dirty. They seriously need a cleaning crew asap- cobwebs on the ripped chairs and mystery substances all over the desk. I called a day in advance to reserve a full size suv or truck and the girl (no name given) just gave me a quick "sure" when I asked for reservation info or confirmation she said she noted it on my booking and would not help further ... but when I got there they tried to give me a Prius- I was very confused and said as much.
