The worst car rental experience ever. I travel to many countries and have never encountered a Hertz location this bad. The manager, Zaira, needs to be replaced immediately; she is sinking the company with her poor management. It is impossible for them not to see the reviews here on TripAdvisor—everyone complains about her. They gave me a dirty car that wasn't even the category I had reserved; there were food scraps, plates, and cutlery left inside. I had to have the car washed and sanitized. The worst service ever from manager Zaira and her assistant. They are not honest with their customers, they lie, make promises and make you spend money on a more expensive car and then change everything. The car was old and poorly maintained. Terrible!!! Run away from this place, I had the worst experience with a car rental company.
⭐ Extremely disappointing customer service. Manager Zaira treated us with complete disregard and acted in bad faith. She made promises to us and later denied them, leaving us feeling completely misled and disrespected. A manager should be there to help customers, not make promises and then refuse to take responsibility. Terrible management and unacceptable customer service. I would never return to this location.
The worst rental experience I have ever had. Manager Zaira guaranteed me a reservation, and I have recordings of it. Later, she denied it and took away a car I had already reserved. The Tesla I initially rented had severely worn tires. One tire blew out while I was driving, putting my family and me in serious danger and nearly causing an accident.
