Turned in my car to them with photo evidence and they tried to claim they never got the car. In the past this location also tried to charge me a cleaning fee even when I had proof of a cleaned car. Mismanaged location that is constantly disorganized. No help with automated chat bots and no one answers the phones ever.
Don’t expect to get any assistance or to be even able to get in contact with this location highly recommend not using their uber program
Used to be #1 BUT, First, the original car I booked (sedan) was not available so they gave me an SUV. Upon checking the engine it was low on coolant and the light for tire pressure was low. So went back to the counter and told the front desk person. She said that she will open up a ticket so I can bring it to a local PepBoys, so I said ok. I waited for her for 10 minutes and when I asked another personnel he said she was busy in the back and she is also in a meeting. The other person made a ticket for repair. Worst customer service! We called multiple times to ask some questions and change our itinerary no one would answer the phone.
Management is careless, they mistreat customers, never pick up phone calls, posting misleading offers on their web page... I reserved an electrical vehicle and when I arrived, I was told they had nothing available, when I asked what they can do, they suggested I should cancel the reservation and come back another day :/ I reserved again a month later, and had the exact same response, and I'm a supposedly a 'gold' member, I guess I will need to contact the ombudsman.
