Vanessa helped me at Hertz she was a godsend. Professional and a pleasant person. Thank you again for your service.
Pure incompetence, waste of time. I reserved the car few weeks in advance. It wasn't ready when I arrived. Took them another hour to get the car ready. Received the car was dirty with half of the gas tank.
The worst branch ever to visit. Super unfriendly and and unhelpful staff. Made a booking and showed up to collect car and they said they done have a car despite me paying in advance for the booking.
It took waaaay too long to get my car and be served at the counter. I showed up 3 minutes after opening and left 45 minutes later. I prearranged the rental online a couple days before and even went in the day before to try and speed up my pick-up the next day. Having a Hertz connected to my Marriott hotel should've resulted in a quicker experience, but I might've been better off Uberung to the airport and renting there. Everybody in line was extremely frustrated with the lack of service people willing to help us.
Staff is cool as long as you're cool. Ros and the Indian guy held it down with a line out the door. Been coming here for years and they've been A1 even if things aren't what it's suppose to be.
