You want slow service and not what you reserved come here
I completely understand that they get busy and have people to attend to. But I called multiple days a week to speak with someone because they kept charging me thousands of dollars on my card and not renewing the rental with the mechanic who was supposed to pay and every time I called they said they would call me back and did not. Hertz is really diligent with helping me get in a rental car because my car has broke down. I needed to put a new engine in my car when it was easy and flexible for me to get a vehicle to get back-and-forth to work and also handle my responsibilities with my children thanks Hertz💯 make sure you get there early. They run out of cars as fast.
