I reserved a car via Expedia and they did not have the car. They also can’t get me a car today and they close at noon. The workers are nice but the company puts them in such a bad position regularly not having inventory. Read the other reviews and fix this incompetent management.
Reserved a vehicle online to find out that it wasn’t available once I made it to the location. Representative was kind but decided to up-charge me for a vehicle they had available. I booked online so this was unfortunate because they didn’t have the vehicle and then got me into another vehicle at my expense. I am a frequent renter for both business and personal and other rental companies never did anything like this to me.
I liked the fact that AAA was able to give me a free rental when my car was disabled on the freeway. I was given a free large rental which was great until the light went on saying the oil needed to be replaced after the first day I had it. It all worked out but I think they need to not assume that a one day rental won't turn into a week. I had to return for another vehicle but I got the SUV I wanted after all which was cleaner , newer and less problematic. Glad to see great customer service after all the issues.
I reserved a car, paid and when I got there the car wasn’t available. Of course they had a more expensive car. Avoid this location at all costs Your respnse does nothing. I can see this is a common scam you run there. I will make sure everyone knows
