Vanessa and Roz are awesome!!! I’ve rented from this location several times and they are always straight to the point and professional with it. I’ll definitely be back to rent soon based on how they handled the customer service of things alone and every time greeted me with a warm hello and welcoming smile. All could be going wrong in the world but how you handle people even under pressure means so much in the service industry. Keep being nice ladies! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🌹🌹
Be careful renting a car in this location, you can travel all the way here and they will say the car is no longer available and cancel your reservation. They don't keep the reservation you made through the app and they want you to get an expensive car once you get to this location.
Service was a little slow, but in a lot of places, I frequent car was pretty clean. Didn’t smell like smoke or that someone lived in it.
