Should have read the reviews first. This is a corporate complaint. They DO NOT honor your Gold Rewards for the 25% discount. The rep at the onsite location was very nice. Even pulled the car up for me in the rain. Do only give 1/2 a tank of gas. I made sure to return the car only to that amount. I've called three times about the Gold Rewards. Even executive offices yesterday. They are trained well with the corporate answer of why you can't get the discount. Not wasting any more time on them & WILL NEVER use them again. Shop ... read more
WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! 1. FILTHIEST CAR I HAVE EVER RECEIVED ... AND I HAPPEN TO BE AT AN ELITE LEVEL WITH HERTZ. Bird poo all over it; dirty windshield; stains/spots/marks all over lower half of car, as if it had been driven in slush. The inside was even worse: sticky, clammy steering wheel; what looked like vomit on the armrest; grease marks all over dashboard; dirt around windows; crumbs all over too. 2. Do not rent from here! I was promised a pick up truck at reservation. I recieved confirmation vis email, took an Uber to the location and there is no truck! They offered me a small SUV instead. I explained if I needed an SUV, I would have reserved one. They said there's nothing they can do. 0 help whatsoever. What a waste of time for me. Don't waste yours...
Great service and great vehicles. I dealt with Edgar, the manager, and he is also the one that has to clean the cars. It’s a one man shop. A+ experience. Only complaint is to Hertz as a company - give this man some help. It’s ridiculous that they make one man do 100% of everything and then you go to other locations and they have way more staff than they could ever need. Thanks Edgar!
Great Experience! While the office is not in a great location, the staff made up for it. We were greeted by Uncle Jay who, beyond his stelar efficiency, was warm and genuine. His personality truly brighten our day, made us smile and happy we rented from his office. We are hoping to return!
