Same problem with no car given to you after reservation! Don’t reserve car through this company!
Very disappointing experience. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived at the location, I was informed that there was no vehicle available. Nobody contacted me beforehand to let me know that my reservation could not be fulfilled, so I wasted my time and traveled all the way to the location unnecessarily. The payment was already taken, but the reservation was not properly canceled and I am now having to spend my own time trying to get a refund for a service that was never provided. Horrible place avoid renting here had a reservation pick up at 430 and got there at 410 and to my surprise they closed and no one was there employees left early even though I had a reservation pick for 430pm and basically ruined my trip
