It's not as easy to pick up a car here as it is at larger airports since you have to wait at the counter. There is a dedicated lane for Gold members, so that helps. Today the staff was clearly dealing with a very busy day and it took much longer to get my car than I'd expected, but the staff were all clearly working as quickly as they could and were very friendly and helpful.

Change in schedule required pick up one day early. The Agent at Panama City Airport went out of her way to accommodate my needs. Fully satisfied and will be sure to use this company and location each subsequent trip.
