The vehicle I rented was not fully fueled when I picked it up but I returned it full anyway and received a receipt for the correct rental charge. Five hours later Hertz e-mailed a different receipt with a $31.82 "Fuel & Service" charge added. This is the second time (different rental locations) Hertz has e-mailed a second receipt with a phantom charge late and I do not intend to give them an opportunity to do it a third time.

The team member was very friendly and helped us find our rental car. He was knowledgeable and provided us a car that fit our needs. The return process was an easy drop box which helped because they were very busy on return day. We got our final bill within an hour (before our plane departed). The car smelled and looked almost brand new at 19,000 miles. 10/10 I would rent from the again.

If I could give zero stars I would! From begining to end the rental experience was a nitemare. The customer service rep cussed at us while we were checking in and entirely through the rental process, the van door was damaged and the door would not open withouit yanking on the handle, or putting your handf inside the track to which it eventually broke off and we had to have 8 people go in and out through the pasenger front door! Brandy is phenomenal every time I rent at ECP, which I quite frequently with work. She has always accommodated me well, and quickly. I will say during mid-day, the line got pretty long since she was the only one working the counter. The desk needs to operate with more than 1 person at such a busy time during the day. It made other folks in the line rude with the Hertz Employees. Brandy handles everything with stride, when folks didn’t treat her with respect. I will always rent with Hertz when I come through!
