Excellent customer service
Retail was a breeze and super easy. Member at the airport for return helped me beyond belief. Jeep was fun and super powerful. It was also in excellent, brand new condition.
We booked and paid for a convertible 8 months in advance and when we arrived they did not have one for us. We paid for the most expensive car they rent but received a Hyundai, one of the cheapest. The manager lied and did not refund our money. Staff were rude and condescending and couldn’t care less that we didn’t get the vehicle we paid for and wasted over an hour arguing with us.
