A high 5 review for Hertz for our recent car rental in Panama City FL. We received efficient service for the car pickup and drop off. The final bill was what was expected and included an extension of the rental. The car was clean and operated well. Thanks.
Conveniently located desk, friendly personnel, and well prepared & maintained vehicles. Appreciated the extra attention to servicing Gold Members. UPDATE: Wow! Just read some other reviews. I'm really surprised some others had such opposite experiences from mine. I guess it's like they say: Your "mileage" may vary!
Be prepared to wait in a long line, even if you're a Gold Plus member for a vehicle...and this was during off peak season. Also be prepared to bring your keys, mileage, space the vehicle was left and gas tank levels back to the airport counter upon your arrival to the airport. The vehicle was clean and relatively new, which I appreciated.
