Reiterating again how horrible my experience has been, I am still waiting for hertz to contact me to resolve this issue

I was given a car that was filthy, the tires wouldn't hold air and had to be filled 2X/day (consequentially killing my own portable air pump and not only costing me that money but then having to go to gas stations and pay for air on top of it), and the car needed an oil change. Hertz allowed me to switch out this car (which I had to drive 20 mins to the Hertz to swap the car out in the middle of the work day because the hours for Hertz close at 4 which is terrible because people do in fact need to work for a living. Horrible experience. Mathew Johnson is a horrible owner, lacks any customer service and overall coast me $600 for not doing his job correctly. You do not add to hutz guarantee on customer service and you should be removed from the coronations because you do not know how to run a business.

We arrived at the rental office...their was only one person working...they had no compact cars and offered us a mini-van...which I didnt want to drive. Then she said she had to go get the vehicle and take to the car wash. She said we had to wait outside. It was like 90'F outside.well that took forever. The vehicle was filthy...your sign on the door says "all vehicles are cleaned inside and out" with Covid-19..I was shocked to be given a vehicle in such a condition!
