Made a phone cal went straight to music for over 5 minutes with no answer. I hung up. Horrible customer service!
I can't get no one on the phone
Me and my fiance flew into Myrtle Beach the taxi drove us to the wrong Hertz location,at first it wasn't a rental available for us there because our reservation was @ a different location, however, Kelly was able to help us out with a vehicle without any issue, she saved our vacation. Kelly was very professional and hospitable. I will definitely rent again from this location.
I have been trying to call this location since about 9 a.m. this morning and it is currently 12:40. I keep getting a recording that saying this party is unavailable. You definitely will not get any business if you can't answer your phone since renting a vehicle in person is not an option do to covid. I guess I'll have to go to Enterprise
If I could give zero stars I would. Go to enterprise. Terrible customer service. Renting a car is not this hard of a process.
