My car broke down on Christmas eve. And the billing was messed up after the rental. Not the counter employees fault. I went back in and RJ helped me through figuring out all the charges and lined me up with all the information needed and printouts. Hertz refunded the issue. Thanks again. Would use this location again.
Small neighborhood car rental agency. Nice personnel , but understaffed and low vehicle selection. At least you don't have to pay the rip off state taxes on every rental day like you do at the airport.
I had to bring my sister there, to pick up her renter car. She is, "out and about"
When I picked up my rental I was stuck outside because the employee arrived 20 minutes AFTER opening hours. Now i’m trying to return my rental and I work while they’re open and they don’t pick up the phone, sometimes it even says it’s a disconnected line.
