Friendly staff drives hard to get you in and out quickly. Sometimes there is a wait due to only one or two people available to service you. Always a good idea to call first and make sure the car you want is available.

I got into a car accident and needed a rental. Luis was helpful over the phone and when I picked the car up explaining the deposit and what type of cards they take. Apparently some credit cards with a chip don't have a magnetic strip and I learned this when I tried to rent from Enterprise in Studio City. But they were rude and didn't explain what the issue was and turned me away. Hertz was also cheaper with a deposit that was half the price as Enterprise's. Unfortunately, this Hertz location has significantly declined in service since the staff change and the appointment of a new manager, Steven. Be cautious—your reservation may not be honored, and you might not get the car you booked.
