They are very irresponsible; they haven't refunded my money for about 15 days. A $50 deposit was withdrawn from my account, and I was told it would arrive in 5-6 days. It's been about 15 days and the money still hasn't arrived. I need a representative to call me and tell me what's going on, otherwise I'll call the police. A total of $100 was withdrawn from my account. And I mentioned this complaint in another comment, haven't you resolved it yet? You should be ashamed.
The person at the counter was very nice, and helped me rent a car very quickly. Unlike other places where they push hard in selling insurance, he informatively mentioned them. Even though, between my platinum credit card, and my full coverage auto policy i had coverage, I still opted to buy some insurance, just because the guy was nice, and should something happen, wouldn't have to deal with my own insurance. Rental car was very clean, and return was super easy.
I've been a hertz gold member for a long time and I've always had great experience with the company; but this hertz locatio went above and beyond of what I've experienced before. The staff was friendly and helpful, they explained all the option i had very clear. The staff got me a lyft back to the dealership where I am having my car fix. I apologize for not remembering the two associates name, thank you guys!!
Friendly staff drives hard to get you in and out quickly. Sometimes there is a wait due to only one or two people available to service you. Always a good idea to call first and make sure the car you want is available.
