They've become a blight on the neighborhood and a magnet for the local unhoused population overnight and attracting a lot of crime to the area unfortunately and I see very little if any reporting or response from Hertz itself. I don't blame the staff, they're massively understaffed from the looks of it and my experiences as a customer (they can't even keep the literal front door open and customers have come in through the back parking lot service entrance).

So glad I live walking distance to this location. I was in a car accident recently and without a car, I was lucky to be helped by Luis this day. He had me in a vehicle in no time and was kind enough to show me how the car is operated (Polestar EV).

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Hertz. The vehicle was given to me already damaged and not in new condition. When I returned it, the company accepted the car without any issues or claims. Then, several months later, I suddenly started receiving bills demanding hundreds of dollars for alleged damages.
