I had a horrible experience with Hertz. The car I received was in filthy, poor condition, which was very disappointing. On top of that, the customer service at both pickup and drop-off was unprofessional and unhelpful. This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had, and I hope Hertz improves their quality control and customer service.
They are professional and efficient!
The two times I've picked up a vehicle from this location, the car is so dirty. Windows looked like they've been driven through I5 and this location decided to just rent it out the same way with trash in the vehicle every time. Now this second time with tape holding the bumper?! Are you kidding me.
When you rent a car sometimes you leave something important behind. Fortunately this place has a sizeable fleet of vehicles that enabled the finding of a lost item the next day. The sweet discount from my bank means I'll rent from this location again. Bonus points for the kind staff.
