All cars at the Burbank Airport were out - like every single rental company. This is what led me here. I was beyond stressed and Damian was insanely helpful. He assured me he got me and he most certainly did. The car was perfect and the experience was exceptional.
The online reservation process was simple and the charge was exactly as stated, no surprises at the end of our rental. Tiffany at the North Hollywood location was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
I had a horrible experience with Hertz. The car I received was in filthy, poor condition, which was very disappointing. On top of that, the customer service at both pickup and drop-off was unprofessional and unhelpful. This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had, and I hope Hertz improves their quality control and customer service.
They are professional and efficient!
