The location never picks up the phone
Be aware! We got our rental cancelled only 4 hrs before pick up! No alternative solution was provided nor any compassion for our situation. We are very dissatisfied with their service and would not rent with this company again. If I could I would not give them any stars.
So helpful. We had a last minute change of plans and they were so accommodating.
