Rented a Kia here a few weeks ago. Dropped the car off and the one lady that works there went out, took pcitures while I waited then told me it was all set and I was good to go. I then received an email that there was damage on the car before I even arrived at my house lol that car has no damage on it, its a random pic of the passenger door. I had one of the worst rental experiences of my life with Hertz. I rented a vehicle for one month and, because this location was closer to my home, I paid an extra fee through the app to return the car here instead of Revere. During the rental, a small stone hit the windshield from the outside and caused a minor wave/crack. This was clearly not caused by me. Dropped the car off Tuesday afternoon at the body shop per Hertz agent instructions. Hertz picked up the car Friday afternoon, and claims damage to windshield. Charged $588 for windshield repairs, no process to appeal, customer care terrible. Never again Hertz
