Great and friendly service. Could have been 5 stars if more than 1 person didnt have to return a car then rent one out then get to me do my paper work then had to go clean my car all herself.

Unfortunately this location is severely understaffed. They have 1 poor lady doing all the work. She gave us great service and was patient and kind even when we saw other rude customers giving her a hard time. We just felt bad for her. They need to staff at least 2 desks to shorten the wait times. It was 15-20mins of waiting for us to pick up and drop off our cars because there’s a line every time. Rented a car for about a week here at the start of November and it was a very smooth experience! I just want to shout out Spring, the Hertz employee here, who seemed like she was manning the entire operation on her own and doing an incredible job! She is an exemplar of professionalism, courtesy, patience and just all around fantastic customer service. I wish every car rental location hired a Spring! Give this woman a raise, she deserves it.
