They didn't have any vehicle on site, but they did their best on explaining the situation. It's too bad that they don't have enough vechicles.
I had a great experience with a monthly rental at this Hertz location, thanks to two wonderful staff members. Over the past month, they helped me compare pricing options, explained charges clearly, and assisted with extensions and vehicle changes whenever needed. They were professional, patient, and very responsive, which made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location because of their excellent service.
I rented a car in this place for 4 months and they sent me a very expensive EZPASS bill when I had changed the rental to my own EZPASS account 3 times
