I had an excellent experience at this location. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I walked in. Check-in was quick and easy. Returning the car was just as easy—no long waits, and the process was smooth and stress-free. I will definitely rent from this Hertz location again. Highly recommended!
The store supervisor gave me a $50 voucher 6 months ago because there weren't any cars available when I showed up for my reservation, I had to wait and come back 4 hours later for my car. Today, when I presented a photo of the $50 voucher (because I had forgotten the physical one) the very same employee who issued it to me stated that I had to have the original physical voucher with me in person to redeem it, even though I had forgotten it and taken a photo of it. BEWARE… I rented a car for 28 days because my car was in the shop having a motor replaced under a recall. The shop did not expect to have the car back to me within a month. The car was done within 16 days and I returned the rental early. I was told I was not entitled to a refund because I prepaid for 28 days They would not issue any sort of refund for the remaining 12 days that I did not use the car. I have tried contacting Hertz.
