Kia made our experience amazing. She stayed pass closing time to help us get a car when nobody would. She has excellent customer service. After traveling for almost 8 hours it was nice to have someone as friendly and helpful as she was!

The girl working on 01.14.2025 6.30 pm was so rude. She was yelling for no reason. She was just very disrespectful.

I showed up at the Hertz HLE on Jefferson Ave at 1150AM and my p/up time was 1200PM. Hertz allowed me to select 1200PM, I didn’t know that location closed at 1200PM. The guy working at the time(who had just pulled up to the front in his personal car - probably to close up) told me the computer system was down and directed me to another location. President Club member at Hertz. Rented car online, went to counter to pickup and no one was there. Walked airport and garage looking for representative. After 1/2hr some showed up that said they only wash the cars, said couldn’t help. Called Hertz customer center, they kept telling me it was during open hours so someone was there. Where?

I had a good experience here at Hertz-Airport. Makiah (Front-Desk Rep) was very helpful in reserving the car, understanding my preference and explaining the full charges including the deposit. This was the best customer I have ever had at Hertz. I have to be honest, customer service is rare nowadays, so when I see a sincere and honest person, I have to show love. I will get my car from this airport again. Thanks Management
