Of all the rental car services available at PHF, Hertz is by far the best one. I've used each rental car service (Enterprise, Avis, Dollar, etc.) multiple times for work trips, and occasionally several for leisure. For the other car rental places (especially Dollar), I end up waiting a really long time for service (whether it's car availability or people idly talking behind the counter). When I picked up the vehicle, it was not full of gas, I went back inside to tell the attendance and she said because one is 15 minutes had a laugh. There’s nothing she could do. I was in terminal for about 30 minutes because of the work. After I drove it for about a mile than the light came on because there was a leak in the left rear tire I put air in it, not a problem. OMG!!! I had the best experience with this branch of hertz! Truly phenomenal! From the kindness of the staff, to the cleanliness and reliability of the vehicle… I’m grateful I got such wonderful customer service.

I got a car on Sunday July 27 around 12:30pm. I don't remember the ladies names who were working, but I hope the day and time will help someone to know how great they were! So friendly, helpful and funny! Our group and the ladies were joking and having fun while they were checking us out. Awesome customer service, fast and friendly. The car we got is very good and if I ever am in the area again I will choose Hertz!
