There's literally no hertz at this location. Same building is there without a hertz sign. Phone is disconnected and the building is closed down. This shouldn't be on google
Not very knowledgeable and don't really try to assist with any issues or questions. Felt like they could care less about my questions or whether or not I rented there.
Awesome customer service. We needed a car and didn't have a lot of time waiting around like some places make you, Jarvis had us in and out with no problems.
i had a great reservation confirmation for this location. when i showed up they were closed and i had to be in Tennessee for a business meeting the next morning. thanks to my brother letting me borrow his car i did not loose my job. called the customer service and they said i could go to the airport to get a car at 2 times the amount the car was reserved at
