I enlisted the help of Bobby(I think his name is) Newberry location Hertz rental agent and upon me speaking with him he was very polite Happy to assist.He informed me he would have to go pick up a car from another location due to them not having any at the current locations.. ecstatic and pleased I thanked him.NOW here is where the story takes a turn.Bobby calls me at 3:20 PM to inform me that he has found us a car and that he is currently on his way back to the newberry location. I had the PLEASURE of working with Lillian (hope I spelled that right)I must admit I was not in a great mood on the way to Hertz I had a deer hit me and messed my vehicle up two nights prior and my son was admitted to the hospital the night before..I called Hartz and Lillian informed me there was no car available at the time and it would be two hrs before one would become available.So I said ok I am about to drop my vehicle off for repairs and I will catch a cab to see my son and wait until the car was ready.She replied "No ... read more
