7.23. 2025 I make the reservation online for a compact car Nissan for one week I get there to pick up the vehicle they got electric SUV and there answer is we don't have no vehicles so I'm stuck again. never do business here again you go online Hertz they don't have no cars . same location budget they got cars cheaper but yeah when you get there you get the run around we don't have no car so you got to take the electric if you want it .....unsatisfied customer and I hope people speak up and stop doing business in this place.... read more
I made a reservations online I selected a compact car. Then at the end it said manager special . I hit the button It won't revealed what model what size of vehicle I would be ketting So when I get there. They got a Dodge pickup Big Horn 2500. I said I can't drive that it's too big they said it would be $50 to upgrade. Very disappointed. The reason why that's a managers special it's a gas gossler
Great staff. Rented here 5+ times and 12/10 would recommend.
