This was my first time renting at this Hertz Location and I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Mo’s customer service. I received a call from Mo before my pickup time letting me know an ETA my rental would be ready, since I had booked last minute the night before. Mo called again as soon as the vehicle was ready for pickup and also offered different upgrade options that were available the day of. Hertz is terrible! After my rental car broke down in the middle of interstate 5, i was told I could not have my car towed with luggage back to hertz and to wait for a Lyft and transfer the luggage on the side of the highway. But I explained I was helping my daughter move and it was more than just luggage, hence why I rented a SUV. Ultimately I just had the tow truck just tow it back to hertz because Lyft canceled my request because the closest driver was an hour away because I was in the middle of nowhere. Confirming the other reviews that the staff here is rude and unhelpful. Also they seem to go AWOL for long stretches at a time so good luck if you are in a hurry. (Spoiler: we waited until 1:50pm and they still didn't come back on time...)
Closed temporarily for unknown reasons. The problem for me was, I could order online, even it has been closed. Found out only try to pick up car there!
