Closed temporarily for unknown reasons. The problem for me was, I could order online, even it has been closed. Found out only try to pick up car there!
Booked a car and needed to be picked up from a nearby collision shop. I called the number given with option #5 but nobody picked up. After multiple tries called the main customer service number. They pulled up my reservation and tried to call the local center but could not get through either. It was well past their lunch break as I called around 2PM. It is the WORST car rental place!!! I rented for 5 days but they charged my credit card for 7 days!! No one answers the phone at the local branch and no one returns phone call! Practically unable to get in contact with their main office! They still own me 2 days car rental fees back to my credit card!!! The worst ever! Dishonest! If I can give a 0 start I would have! I do NOT recommend renting any car from this place!
Horrible service, the person at the front desk is rude and could learn to be nice and polite.
