Vehicle was worn out. We requested a large suv like a suburban and was given a Lincoln Navigator that was horrible. The cruise control dinged the entire time. The seats were broken down and after 8 hour drive, me and my wife’s hips and ribs were hurting due to lack of cushion on the bottom and sides and was nothing but hard plastic. Won’t rent here again.
The workers at this location were very nice to me
I had a good experience here. We came in during their Saturday hours for a one-way rental reservation. To potential renters: I warn you that the inventory at this location is limited and you might not get the vehicle type you reserved, particularly when tourists are in town. We had to take a slightly smaller vehicle than we booked, but the agent was very nice and waived the refuel charge at drop-off for the inconvenience. Mietet auf keinen Fall dort ein Auto! Desintressiertes Personal das Kreditkartennummer inklusive der Sicherheitsziffer mehrmals laut in Anwesenheit anderer Kunden am Telefon nennt. Für mich absolut nicht tollerierbar. Das Auto war zum Zeitpunkt der Übergabe nur 3/4 betankt obwohl es voll betankt sein sollte. Nach einer Anfänglichen Diskusion stellte das Personal dann doch noch eine Quittung über den Treibstoffstand aus. Ausserdem roch es ihm Auto extrem nach Rauch, so viel zum Thema Nichtraucher.
