Trash service. Lady working was extremely rude. Expedia messed up our reservation and instead of just explaining that she cut us off and told us to leave. We simply were asking what the deposit amount required was.

Deserving of less than 1 star. Supervisor has bad shift management with no foresight on demand. This place is severely understaffed and incredibly slow. We’ve been here an hour and are still queuing. Doesn’t matter if you’re a gold member, because they’ll simply directly you back to the end of the general line. We missed our tour, rescheduled for a later time, and still missed our rescheduled tour because of how slow the whole process is. Edit/ it was more than 1.5 hours of wait as a gold member. This company does not honor 3rd party reservations. We booked a rental car through Expedia 2 days in advance. They informed us when we arrived to pick up the car that they had canceled our reservation. They gave us 15 minutes advance notice by phone, which we did not receive because we were en route to the rental location. While we were in the office, they were calling many other people to cancel on them as well, so this is a common practice. I truly wouldn't rent from anywhere else. Ari and the team are so kind and so helpful! They make the process so easy and straightforward. I always feel like I'm getting the best deal and am in the best hands.
