Booked a rental car weeks in advance of my arrival for my daughters wedding. I did book through a 3rd party but recieved a Hertz Confirmation. 45 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up Hertz called to tell me they do not have vehicle. No assistance, no compensation in getting another, basically I was politely told tough luck, "big weekend in town" and they were short over 100 vehicles.
