Incredibly easy experience, will be booking again in the future!
Beware!!! Charged $400 for a "outside washing " Called customer Service to dispute and is almost impossible to reach customer Service rep. First and last time renting from Hertz. TERRIBLE!! Going right back to Avis.
Easy process. The gentleman that works there was very professional and helpful. Highly recommend this location.
Great experience renting. The location is a desk inside Bluebonnet Motors, just to the right as you enter the main door. Well-maintained location, parking can be a bit of a challenge depending on the time of day. Staff are very polite and helpful. The vehicles available are a bit light but still a good selection.
I was misled and was told that id get a refund for days unused with my rental. Anthony the manager said I have to call corporate for the refund. Corporate refuses to give me a refund. I am out hundreds of dollars because of this. Beware of this scamming company.
