I am so grateful for the wonderful woman who was working at Hertz today! She went above and beyond when I was having card issues to help me feel calm and resolve the issue where I was able to walk away with a car. She was wonderful and I’m so grateful.
We booked online and received a confirmation, then took an Uber to the location, but upon arrival, no car was available. What terrible service!

BEWARE PEOPLE - SCAM: I want to share my recent experience with the Hertz Rental location connected to Bluebonnet Collision. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. While my vehicle was being repaired at Bluebonnet Collision, my insurance company was covering 100% of the rental costs. However, I was still charged over $333 on my credit card by Hertz.
