I've rented here a few times now and there's usually no problems. The debit card policy is crazy though, it's a $500 deposit if you use debit, and you can't use a debit card if you don't book at least 24 hours in advance. The deposit on a credit card is $200. But most of the employees are very friendly and helpful, the cars are always clean, and the pickup process is usually pretty quick and easy

I understand that I have to pay polls but this is ridiculous! Tolls were $9 but “convenience fee” of $36???!! What kind of convenience is Hertz providing that’s worth $36? Nearly 4x the toll!! Completely ridiculous!

Kam mit einem Problem / Sicherheitsfeatures des Autos zu denen. Hatte das Auto 16 Std. Man verwies mich auf die Anmietstation am Flughafen Austin. Ich war auf den Weg in den Süden Texas. Ein Tauschwagen hatte man nicht wegen der Graduationfeier dieses WE in TX. Man schaltete einfach die Sicherheitsfeatures aus und ignorierte meine Bitte alle nutzen zu wollen. "Nun sei das nervige Piepen ja aus!". Danke Timmonthy dafür. Kurz danach auf voller Fahrt auf dem hektischen I-35 kam natürlich wieder und wieder die Fehlermeldung. Füh... read more
