That's a lie the vehicle are never fully clean so people stop lying
They charge me 999.00 to rent a car for a week and then when I returned it they kept calling me and said I hadn't return it and calling saying they had reported that the car was stolen. I wasn't the only person they had done that to.
Poor customer service. I would never use them again and would not recommend Hertz to anyone I know , not even a stranger. I was billed for using a rental for 2 additional days that I didn't have the car. Local manager and supervisor would not take the time to help me get it corrected. I called Customer Svc and got worse service. I never got my money back for days I didn't use the vehicle, even after customer service clerk admitted I was billed for these days. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Reserved a car and they didn’t have one. Guy at the desk was very rude. Will never go to a hertz again. Avoid at all cost.
