If you’ve come here thinking you ordered a Hertz rental, you haven’t. The customer service line disguised as Hertz is a scam organization running ops out of Cambodia. There is no Hertz location here. Btw, one way to confirm this is by checking the reservation number the scammers provided on the Hertz website.
Hertz - we leave you stranded; and we don't care. That would be how to sum up our experience. We made a booking in April for our trip in December, to pick up a vehicle in Charlotte Ave (open Sat 8am - 12pm). However, a day prior to pick up, we went to check the opening hours and to our amazement it was closed! No one had bothered to inform us!
