Booked car and called to confirm. No cars available. Very very common with hertz. No idea why I even bother. Staff attitude is abysmal. Will be submitting formal complaints about 2 branches. Why allow booking of cars if there are no cars available? Don’t allow people to book if the cars are not there on the lot.
Worst car rental company I’ve ever had to deal with. They scammed me for full coverage which is optional and I declined it yet they still added it to my reservation. Called support over the phone, they told me I could go into any branch to get my reservation updated. I drove to this location and the man told me nothing I could do. Then he said supports going to tell me what they did to just get me off the phone. I told him that’s terrible business practice and he agreed. WILL NEVER GIVE HERTZ MY MONEY AGAIN
Wonderful experience! Honestly the easiest part of our trip. Amanda and Quan were so helpful and friendly. Would recommend a rental pick up from here over the airport any day
