Great place to go car shopping. They were very friendly helpful. We will be back to buy another car there again.
Avoid this location at all costs. You’re better off spending a little more somewhere else. The staff here is completely unprofessional and rude. One of the employees even tried to fight me outside, and it got so bad that the manager had to physically pull him away. I had a reservation for both drop-off and pick-up. When I dropped off my car at 8 AM, they told me there were no cars available. I asked them to either switch my reservation to the airport or cancel it altogether, they refused to help. Not the happiest of people Terrible it closes at 5pm
Had a reservation and was informed that there were no vehicles available. No recommendations were made on what I should do. Nothing. A lot of people were inside in the same situation. Book here at your own risk. Wasted money on an uber to pick up the rental.
Had a pretty bad experience at this Hertz Rental place. A reservation was made ahead of time thru an insurance claim. Very limited options were available when we arrived. We were given an older vehicle with a sticker that indicated an oil change was way overdue. The agent said it was not accurate and gave us our paperwork to head out.
