Careless and incompetent employees. I rented a car and returned it, accidently leaving an expensive ceiling fan in the backseat. I called that same day and several times after, each time they said they'd call back but never do or looked into it. It was the only thing I kept in the car and they act like no one ever found it. They more than likely just stole it and claimed to never have found it. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Take your business somewhere else. ZERO STARS!!!!!!

Horrible experience! I will NEVER use Hertz again. I work hard and enjoy nice things like my Audi. When I was in an accident, my insurance company gave me 2 choices for rental and I chose Hertz, Naples Airport Hertz! Big mistake This car should not have not have been rented to anyone! The pictures will speak for themselves. It also had 80,000 miles and was grossly out of alignment. Shame on you Hertz! I hope this review prevents many people from having such a horrible experience.

these dudes charged me for bringing my car back one gallon from full at 12 bucks a gallon. The care showed Full...what kind of nickle and dime bullshit overcharging is that? Rent literally anywhere other than hertz
