Was given a Kia SUV EV as a rental and told when I picked up that I could exchange it if I had any problems. That should have been a red flag. The car would not charge, as multiple Blink stations in Naples were offline. When I brought it back because I was about to be stranded, they said they didn’t have any cars to exchange it with. The manager, Irbe, only gave me the option to call roadside assistance as an option to exchange the car after I pushed for a resolution.
