Unprofessionell. Haben uns ein Auto für 2 Tage vermietet und den Preis für einen Tag genannt. Im Kleingedruckten stand der Rest. Bei Rückgabe wurde der doppelte Betrag fällig, unsere Reklamation wurde ignoriert, versprochener Rückruf erfolgte nicht. Musste über Hertz.com gehen um das Problem zu lösen. Nebenan bei Avis wird einem kompetent geholfen.

I have rented from the Hertz Local Edition at Naples Airport many times, with rentals ranging from a few days to as long as two weeks. Every vehicle I have received has been extremely clean, fully fueled, and ready to go. I always assumed receiving a rental with a full tank was standard until I recently had to use a competitor because of the location I was in and was given a vehicle with only half a tank. Easy, smooth, friendly service. Facility is currently in a mobile building due to construction, but it was cool and clean inside. Will choose Hertz again if I need to rent in Naples.
