This location is temporarily closed. I rented a car thru Expedia from the Sarasota airport hertz to be returned at this branch of Hertz in Naples. The airport attendant in Sarasota did not tell me there would be a convenience fee for a toll pass and just said “want a toll pass?” (I’m from Ohio where tolls are paid in person at the booth so I didn’t think one was needed.) Didn't have the car we reserved, but the one we got was ok. The clerk was having a though time. I'd recommend a different Hertz location.

You know it's not going well when they blame you for not having a car because you rented on a Holiday on their website. I guess deflection of responsibility is part of their training. We went across the street and rented from enterprise rent a car without a reservation. They were amazing.... do not waste your time with Hertz or should I say "Not Exactly"
